This policy covers dmortgageguide.com, operated by Daniel Ibanez, a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS ID 2698855) with Easy Mortgage (NMLS ID 1666459). It describes what happens to information collected through this website.

It does not cover the separate privacy notice you will receive if and when you submit a formal mortgage application. Once an application begins, the lender’s own privacy notice governs that information, as required under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

2. What is collected

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, what you need help with, and a message. You choose what to enter. Nothing on this site requires a Social Security number, date of birth, account number, or any other sensitive identifier — please do not send those through the form or by email.

Information collected automatically

The web host records standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run analytics software.

Information the calculator does not collect

The mortgage calculator performs every computation inside your own browser. Home price, down payment, rate, taxes, insurance and any other figure you enter are never transmitted, logged or stored.

3. Third parties that receive data

Loading this page makes requests to a small number of outside services, each of which necessarily sees your IP address:

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
• The form processor — when you submit the contact form, its contents are delivered by a third-party form service so the message can reach Daniel by email.
